Light Cut Productions provides:

  • Videography and media production

  • Drone operations (Transport Canada compliant)

  • Editing, post-production, and digital content services

  • Real estate media packages

  • Marketing video production

All services are customized to each client’s needs.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once a date is agreed upon.

  • Depending on the project, a deposit may be required.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may be subject to fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

  • Weather-dependent shoots (especially drone operations) may be rescheduled for safety.

4. Drone Regulations

All drone flights are performed in compliance with Transport Canada regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone flights due to:

  • Airspace restrictions

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

We retain copyright to all photos and videos we create unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a royalty-free, perpetual license to use the delivered media for:

Clients may not resell or redistribute raw footage unless explicitly permitted.

  • Edited photos are typically delivered within 24–72 hours depending on the project.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Website or platform downtime (Instagram, YouTube, MLS, etc.)

  • Delays caused by weather, technical issues, or third-party services

  • Loss of income due to listing delays or marketing outcomes

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
