  • Main Cinematic Property Video (Up to 60 Seconds) A full-scale, professionally produced property video using gimbal walk-throughs, detail shots, and drone footage. This can include on-camera dialogue, scripted narration, or AI voiceover — or simply cinematic visuals.

    Please note: Dialogue, narration, or voiceover elements may include a small additional fee, depending on the scope and complexity of what’s required. This is always discussed upfront so you know exactly what to expect before filming.

  • Digital Floorplans Accurate 2D floorplans with room measurements and square footage — ideal for MLS listings and buyer confidence.

What These Services Normally Cost in BC

Here’s what real-estate professionals typically pay when hiring each service individually in British Columbia:

  • Professional Interior Photography: $250–$400

  • Drone Photography: $200–$300

  • Teaser Video (15–20 seconds): $150–$250

  • Full Cinematic Property Video: $450–$800

  • Digital Floorplans: $150–$250

Total Average Cost Individually: $1,200 – $2,000

My All-Inclusive Package Price

Everything above — photos, drone, teaser video, full video, and full floorplans — for one flat price:

$950 Total

A complete media package delivered in 48 hours, saving you $250–$1,050 compared to booking each service separately.

*Important Notes About Pricing

The $950 package price applies to the majority of standard residential listings.

For full transparency, there are a few situations where an additional fee may apply:

  • Large Properties:

    Homes over 3,500 sq. ft. or acreages requiring extended coverage may have a small additional charge due to the increased shooting and editing time.

  • Travel Time:

    Properties located more than 25 minutes outside Fort St. John may include a travel fee, unless otherwise arranged in advance with clients in surrounding towns such as Dawson Creek, Grande Prairie, Charlie Lake, Hudson’s Hope, and beyond.

All pricing adjustments are always discussed and agreed upon before booking, ensuring no surprises — just clear communication and exceptional service.

Additional Bundle Discounts for Agents With Multiple Monthly Listings

To support agents who list multiple properties each month, I offer additional discounted rates on top of the already reduced package price.

Standard Rate (1–2 Properties per Month)

$950 per property

Includes the full package: interior photos, drone photos, teaser video, cinematic video, detailed floorplans, and 48-hour delivery.

Preferred Rate (3–4 Properties per Month)

$850 per property

A further discount for agents with consistent monthly listings.

Elite Rate (5+ Properties per Month)

$800 per property

The best value for high-volume agents or teams looking for ongoing, premium media at scale.

Individual Service Rates (À-la-Carte Pricing)

If you prefer to book services individually rather than as a bundle, the following rates apply:

  • Professional Interior Photography: $275

  • Drone Photography: $275

  • Teaser Video (15–20 seconds): $350

  • Full Cinematic Property Video (up to 60 seconds): $575

  • Digital Floorplan (2D with full measurements): $195

These are standard rates for individual services. For multiple services booked together, I always recommend the package for maximum savings.
